چکیده
D-optimality is a well-known concept in experimental design that seeks to select an optimal set of points estimate the unknown parameters statistical model with minimum variance. In this paper, we focus on proving conjecture made by Ford, Torsney and Wu regarding existence class D-optimal designs for binary weighted linear regression models. Our concentration models one variable. The states that, any given level precision, there exists two-level factorial these To prove conjecture, use intuitive approach explores various link functions generalised context establish veracity conjecture. Locally D-optimal Designs for Exponential Regression Models
We study locally D-optimal designs for some exponential models that are frequently used in the biological sciences. The model can be written as an algebraic sum of two or three exponential terms. We show that approximate locally D-optimal designs are supported at a minimal number of points and construct these designs numerically.

متن کاملD-Optimal Design for Generalized Linear Models
D-optimality is one of the most commonly used design criteria for linear regression models. In industrial experiments binary or count data often arise, for example defective/nondefective or number of defects. For such data Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) are appropriate. An analogous D-optimality design criterion can be developed using the asymptotic covariance matrix. For GLMs, this matrix is...
متن کاملConstrained D-and D 1 -optimal Designs for Polynomial Regression
In the common polynomial regression model of degree m we consider the problem of determining the D-and D 1-optimal designs subject to certain constraints for the D 1-eeciencies in the models of degree m ? j; m ? j + 1; : : : ; m + k (m > j 0; k 0 given). We present a complete solution of these problems, which on the one hand allow a fast computation of the constrained optimal designs and on the...
